This time, our Game of the Week is a title that (quite frankly) took me a while to give a chance to. I like RPGs, and this one looked quite decent, but it wasn’t until I read somewhere that it compares very well to Zelda that I decided to download it. And I’m sure all the fans of classic gamers will understand the excitement; who doesn’t enjoy playing The Legend of Zelda? Please welcome, Genshin Impact, our Game of the Week!
In this action RPG, you’ll explore a beautiful world and collect heroes on the way to beat your enemies. Does it seem relatively straight forward? Well, the world we are talking about is very captivating. You can just get lost enjoying the graphics because Genshin Impact is a piece of art full of beauty. Although most of us have always paid more attention to details regarding our favorite characters (which is quite normal... we end up loving or hating them), in here, you’ll see jaw-dropping landscapes and amazing effects on the battles. Something that makes Genshin Impact even more special is that you’ll get rewarded for exploring the never-ending beautiful world, which doesn’t usually happen in these types of games.
You’ll be able to hold four heroes on your team, and, as expected, they will feature different powers and abilities. Here is where you’ll have to sit down and think a bit before composing your team, so you get a balanced crew. One of the things we find especially nice about Genshin Impact is the lack of automatization; you’ll actually have to play to progress since there is no auto-combat or auto-movement. With the upgrading of characters and weapons, we’ve got to recognize that the team has done an amazing work. The user experience is extremely intuitive, even with such a complex game, and you’ll find detailed and useful tutorials from the first moment you open the game.
We know it seems quite a complex game, but Genshin Impact is exactly that game that you want to enjoy in the long run, and probably that’s why they made it cross-platform. You can pick up where you left off in your PS4 or PC so... what else do you need to try it? Download it now and tell us your opinion on our social media channels!
